NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2015, and entered in 2014 CA 001067 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ESTATE OF ALEXANDER MINKOVICH; LAURA MINKOVICH; STONEYBROOK AT VENICE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT 1 N/K/A MARCIA BORDEN are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1520, STONEYBROOK AT VENICE, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
