NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 16th day of September 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-003525-NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC., is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL F. THOMAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL F. THOMAS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT NUMBER ONE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT NUMBER TWO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT NUMBER THREE are defendants. Karen Rushing Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 9:00AM on the 5th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 12, Block 1,(said Northeast comer being on the centerline of the Swift Road) of Sarasota-Venice Company's Subdivision of part of Sections 5 and 8, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book A page 71, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence Westerly, along the North boundary of said Lot 12, a distance of 228.95 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing Westerly, along the North boundary of said Lot 12, a distance of 75 feet to a point; thence Southerly and parallel to the East boundary of said Lot 12, a distance of 130 feet to a point; thence Easterly and parallel to the North boundary of said Lot 12, a distance of 75 feet to a point; thence Northerly and parallel to the East boundary of said Lot 12, a distance of 130 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Together with and easement for right-of-way to Phillippi River, along the South 10 feet of Lot 17 and North 10 feet of Lot 18, Renick Subdivision, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6 page 6, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
