NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-001344-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST KEVIN L. HUMPHREY, DECEASED; CLARISSA KALFAS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HUNTER'S RIDGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82, HUNTER'S RIDGE UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 129 THROUGH 131, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
