Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in PASCO County, Florida, on the 1st day of DECEMBER, 2015, in the cause wherein KATHLEEN AUTRY and JAMES AUTRY., was Defendants/Creditor and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF OWS REMIC TRUST 2013-1, was Plaintiff/Debtor, being case number 512009CA11070ES in said Court.
I, CHRIS NOCCO, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff/Debtor, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF OWS REMIC TRUST 2013-1, in and to the following described property, to wit:

I will offer for sale all of the said Plaintiff/Debtor, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF OWS REMIC TRUST 2013-1, right, title and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
