Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2015, in Case No. 51-2014-CA-001023-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which Agnes Watson and Pasco County, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on January 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
