NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-000128-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff and WILLIAM T. WOLDEN MELANIE WHRITENOUR AS GUARDIAN MELANIE WHRITENOUR AS are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 11, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Tract 1077, ANGUS VALLEY, UNIT #3: a tract of land lying in Section 2, Township 26 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Being at the Southwest corner of the stated Section 2; thence run East 3963.46 feet; thence North a distance of 590.43 feet; thence North 00 degrees 11`18” East, a distance of 2040.00 feet; thence West a distance of 1188.73 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 32 degrees 37`31” West, a distance of 845.72 feet; thence North 57 degrees 22`29” West, a distance of 100 feet; thence North 32 degrees 37`31” East, a distance of 781.70 feet; thence East a distance of 118.73 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
