TO DEFENDANTS: Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Assigned, Lienors, Creditor, Trustees, AND ALL OTHERS TO WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DONALD WILSON FRASER CURRIE, RENATE CURRIE, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTERST IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN YULE CRAIG, PATRICIA STIRLING CRAIG, JAMES EDMISTON CORSON AND MAYRAE LAURIE CORSON, if any of them are incompetent or of unsound mind, convict or otherwise not sui juris appointed as Attorney ad Litem to represent UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNED, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTERST IN THE ESTATE OF DONALD WILSONFRASER CURRIE, RENATE CURRIE, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TURSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTERST IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN YULE CRAIG, PATRICIA STIRLING CRAIG, JAMES EDMISTON CORSON AND MAYRAE LAURIE CORSON, if any of them are in the military service of the United States or the U.S. Public Health Service; and appointed as Administrator Ad Litem to represent UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNED, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTERST IN THE ESTATE OF DONALD WILSONFRASER CURRIE, RENATE CURRIE, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TURSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTERST IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN YULE CRAIG, PATRICIA STIRLING CRAIG, JAMES EDMISTON CORSON AND MAYRAE LAURIE CORSON if any of them are deceased:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien for homeowner's assessments on the following property in Pasco County, Florida:
Unit B, Building 258, as described in the Declaration of Condominium of CONDOMINIUM NUMBER 5 of BEACON LAKES, INC., PHASE E, recorded in O.R. 783, pages 172-252 and amendments in O.R. 972, page 1024, together with an undivided interest in the common elements as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, Plat Book 18, pages 98-100.
A/K/A: 4423 Pelorus Drive, Unit B, Bldg. 258, New Port Richey, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint on: Aaron J. Silberman, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is Silberman Law, P.A., 1105 W. Swann Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33606, (813) 434-1266 and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, or on or before, 1/11/16. Otherwise a default and a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
