YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, SUNNYBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 24, Building 8, SUNNYBROOK VI, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 91 and 92, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed February 19, 1986 in Official Records Book 1481, Page 1144 and amendments thereto of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. Together with a perpetual and non-exclusive easement in common with, but not limited to, all other owners of an undivided interest in the improvements upon the land above described, for ingress and egress and use of all public passageways, as well as common areas and facilities upon the land above described. With the following street address: 4809 Myrtle Oak Drive #24, New Port Richey, Florida 34653.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 1/11/16, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
