Being further described as follows: Commence at the Southeast corner of of Lot 204 of PALM TERRACE ESTATES, UNIT 7, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 41, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, thence along the Easterly extension of the South line of said Lot 204, South 89 Degrees 30 Minutes 30 Seconds East, a distance of 134.00 feet for a Point of Begining; thence North 00 Degree 14 Minutes 26 Seconds East, a distance of 60 feet; thence South 89 Degrees 30 Minutes 30 Seconds East, a distance of 85.08 feet; thence South 00 Degree 14 Minutes 53 Seconds West, a distance of 60.00 feet; thence North 89 Degrees 30 Minutes 30 Seconds West, a distance of 85.07 feet to the Point of Beginning, the East 8.00 feet therefo being subject to an easment for Drainage and/or Utilities.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy to your written defenses, if any, to this action on Phelan Hallinan Diamond & Jones, PLLC, attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 2727 West Cypress Creek Road, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before or immediately thereafter, 1/11/16 otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
