Final Judgment was awarded on November 4, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014CA004465CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL C. BLASI, DECEASED; ROCCO A. BLASI; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA MORTGAGE BANK, N.A.; MATTHEW BLASI; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL C. BLASI, DECEASED; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL C. BLASI, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A MORGAN RITTER; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A PERRY SMITH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT(S) 164 OF COLONIAL MANOR, UNIT 3 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 63, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS, OIL, GAS OR MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
