NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 4, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-003097 WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and SANDRA K. MEYER; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; SANDRA K. MEYER, TRUSTEE OF U.D.T. 6-11-02; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF U.D.T. 6-11-02; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA K. MEYER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on December 28, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, 7 & 8, BLOCK 230, MOON LAKE ESTATES UNIT FOURTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MOBILE HOME DECLARED AS REAL PROPERTY WITH THE MOBILE HOME VIN: 32620192AU AND 32620192BU.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
