RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 14, 2015 and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-001488-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC, is Plaintiff, and PETER M. WEBSTER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 2134, REGENCY PARK UNIT Fifteen, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 85-86, of the public records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
