YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County, Florida, by Plaintiff, HSNI, LLC for damages arising from your breach of contract under the “Master Terms and Conditions for Drop Ship Vendors” agreement with Plaintiff. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on the Plaintiff's attorney - John L. Dicks II, Esquire, Akerman LLP, 401 E. Jackson Street, Suite 1700, Tampa, Florida 33602-5250, [email protected] - on or before 1-8-2016, and to file the original with the Clerk of the Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
