Beginning at a point in the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16, Township 27 South, Range 16 East, this point being 40.0 feet East and 240.0 feet South of a certain Iron Pin: This Pin being 910'2” South of the East & West center line of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16 and 1745'1” West of the North & South centerline of Section 16; thence running East 100.0 feet; thence South 100.0 feet; thence West 100.0 feet; thence North 100 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Same being a part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16, Township 27 South, Range 16 East (the “property”).
