NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2014-CA-000457, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein EVERBANK is the Plaintiff and JAMIE A. DIVINE; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMIE A. DIVINE and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 29th day of December, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK E, SUN PLAZA ISLES SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
