NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment for Damages and Foreclosure of Lien against Defendant Tobyanne Brooks (“Defendant”), and Defendant, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., f/k/a Wachovia Bank NA- Retail (“Lienholder”) dated November 17, 2015, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 15th day of January, 2016 beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
The mobile home located on Plaintiff's property at 2550 SR 580, Lot #1016, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida 33761, a 1972 SKYL Mobile Home, VIN #SF1889F, Title #0005306807.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
