Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Stipulated Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 15-3336-CI-021, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 202, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SEAMARK, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3994, PAGE 1119 ET SEQ.,, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on January 20, 2016. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
