NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-007354-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, CADENCE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and, MANSUR, ANDREA, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 16, BLOCK 18, MAP OF SECTION NO. 1 WEST OLDSMAR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
