NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 13-007231-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, Hogue, Margaret, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 9553, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF TIMBERWOODS CONDOMINIUM PARCEL A, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE(S) 14-17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED APRIL 17, 1975, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4279, PAGES 1931 THRU 1966, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
