NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 10, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-012485-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CSAB Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee is the Plaintiff and Frank J. Cannino; Marylou T. Cannino; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, ATHENIAN GARDENS FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
