NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 5, 2015 entered in Case No. 2009-CA-024621-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Holders of Impac Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2004-3 is the Plaintiff and Robert J. Martin; Unknown Spouse of Robert J. Martin; Carrie F. Martin; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for LCountrywide Bank, a division of Treasury Bank, N.A.; The Highlands at Lake Conway Homeowners Association, Inc.; United States of America; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 6th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, HIGHLANDS AT LAKE CONWAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
