NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 10, 2015, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-001291-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RALI 2006QS2 is the Plaintiff and JEANNE M. BERNIER (DECEASED) AND/OR THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTESS, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JEANNE M. BERNIER (DECEASED); David Denizard; Dunn Janell; ROYAL OAK ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROYAL OAK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEANNE M. BERNIER; UNKNOWN TENANT #I N/K/A JANELL DUNN are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 7th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, ROYAL OAK ESTATES REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22 PAGES 23-25 PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
