NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-004651-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOANNE C. FARLEY A/K/A JOANNE FARLEY; JOHN J. FARLEY A/K/A JOHN J. FARLEY, III; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; ORCHARD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 5th day of January, 2016 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56, ORCHARD PARK PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 65 AND 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
