NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 1, 2015, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein TRSTE LLC as TRUSTEE OF LAND TRUST NO. J15-0008 dated Feb. 6, 2015, is the Plaintiff, and HENRY CLYDE FOSTER, et al., are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situated in Orange County to the highest and best bidder for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com , on January 5, 2016, at 11:00 AM, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The North ½ of Lot 15, J.S. Loveless Addition to Winter Garden, LESS, beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 15, run thence East 60 feet, South 80 feet, West 60 feet and thence North 80 feet to the Point of Beginning, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book D, Page 90, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
