NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 53-2014-CA-003038 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff and TIMOTHY E. CRAMER are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on January 19, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN THENCE WEST 335.0 FEET; THENCE NORTH 545.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 90.0 FEET; THENCE WEST 163.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 90.0 FEET; THENCE EAST 163.0 FEET TO THE BEGINNING, SUBJECT, HOWEVER TO AN EASEMENT OVER THE WEST 5.0 FEET FOR UTILITY PURPOSES.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
