NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002064 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER WRIGHT; SANDRA WRIGHT; MORGAN CREEK PRESERVE RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION; are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.polk.realforeclose.com/ in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Polk County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
