NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, Case No. 2014-CA-004077, in which SRP 2013-1, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Defendants, Zarak Weathersby; Unknown Spouse of Zarak Weathersby; Julie M. Weathersby a/k/a Julie Marie Prine; Unknown Spouse of Julie M. Weathersby n/k/a Mitchell Cribbs and Beneficial Florida, Inc., and all persons, corporations, or other entities claiming by, through, or under the defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Polk County, Florida:
LOT 55 OF AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE SOUTH 165.9 FEET OF THE NORTH 1399.5 FEET OF THE EAST 167.0 FEET OF THE WEST 334.0 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH RANGE 23 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 30 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND LESS THE EAST 30 FEET THEREOF.

Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 am on the 11th day of January, 2016, at www.polk.realforeclose.com.
