NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-006681-0000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-4, is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA OCASIO; POINCIANA VILLAGE SEVEN ASSOCIATION, INC; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendant(s), Stacy M. Butterfield will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on February 15, 2016, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 3032, POINCIANA NEIGHBORHOOD 6, VILLAGE 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGES 29 THROUGH 52, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
