Notice is given that under a Final Judgment dated December 10, 2015 and in Case No. 2015-CA-2874 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which BENTLEY OAKS SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., is the plaintiff and HERMELINDA MENDOZA are the defendant(s), the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on January 25, 2016 the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 5, Bentley Oaks, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 93, at Page(s) 12, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
