SMITH, UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A MELISSA HOBAN, and ELITE RECOVERY SERVICES, INC. are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 1 day of February, 2016, the following described properties in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
