PARTIES, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST EDUARDO JORGE LIMA PENA WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIM AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE AND ALL OTHER PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMINGTO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST

TO: EDUARDO JORGE LIMA PENA, JANE DOE LIMA PENA, his wife, ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST EDUARDO JORGE LIMA PENA, JANE DOE LIMA PENA, his wife, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIM AS SPOUSES, HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES,LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE AND ALL PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE MORTGAGE BEING FORECLOSED HEREIN, and any and all other persons claiming any interest by, through, under or against said Defendant(s)including such of the aforementioned unknown Defendants as may be infants, incompetents or otherwise not Sui Juris.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Condominium Unit No. 313, Building C, ACAPULCO LAKES, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded, in Official Records Book 3321, Page 993, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to same on ROBERT M. CHISHOLM, Esquire, c/o ROBERT M. CHISHOLM P.A, Plaintiff's
Attorney, whose address is 7378 SW 48th Street, Suite B, Miami, Florida 33155, on or before the 14th day of January, 2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or Immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
