AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES,

Book 3283, Page 1598, et seq., and the Condominium Plat as recorded in Condominium Book 18, Pages 17A to 17G, all of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with an undivided 1/18th share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and the right to use Garage 213, and two (2) non-covered parking spaces numbered 213 as limited common elements appurtenant thereto.
