F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. , is the Plaintiff and PAUL BURKA; CAROL BURKA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott is the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on 3/24/16, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
