NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 15001947CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION(“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and STEVEN D. STRUNK; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of January, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 403, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION. SECTION 23, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 14A THRU 14E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 933 TROPICAL AVENUE NW, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL., 33948
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
