NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 15001689CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION(“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and JULIO VALDES, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JUAN LUX, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A CORILLO LUX are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of January, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 46, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 87A THROUGH 87D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
