NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08003965CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Washington Mutual Bank, FA, is the Plaintiff and Debra Fischer, James Fischer, Jane Doe, John Doe, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 28th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
