and commonly known as: 2501 10TH ST, ENGLEWOOD, FL 34224; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale on March 7, 2016 @ 11:00 AM, at online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
