NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 08-2014-CA-003102 in the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and, JAMES L. VERSCHEURE, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 7 day of March, 2016 the following described property:
LOT 35, BLOCK 3693, PORT CHARLOTTE, SECTION 63, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 77A THROUGH 77G, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
