NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008467, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF CHERI L. ROBERTS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHERI L ROBERTS; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARK LITTLEFIELD; JESSICA LITTLEFIELD; MANATEE RAINTREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; HEATHER KELLY AS GUARDIAN OF HEIDI MARIE LITTLEFIELD A MINOR HEIR OF MARK LITTLEFIELD, DECEASED; HEATHER KELLY AS GUARDIAN OF EVAN LITTLEFIELD A MINOR HEIR OF MARK LITTLEFIELD, DECEASED; HEATHER KELLY AS GUARDIAN OF COLIN TANNER LITTLEFIELD A MINOR HEIR OF MARK LITTLEFIELD, DECEASED, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 518, RAINTREE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 756, PAGES 498 THROUGH 560 INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGES 40 THROUGH 47, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
