NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 11 August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2014-CA-001278 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Selene Finance, LP., is the Plaintiff and Aaron Hall, ECTR LLC dba ECTR 1 LLC as successor Trustee under the 12012 82nd Land Trust dated November 12, 2013, Rebecca Hall, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 12012 82nd Land Trust dated November 12, 2013, Unknown Party #1 NKA Angela Hall, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12th of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2 AND 3, BLOCK 6, PARRISH ANNEX, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 45, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
