NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 5, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-001294 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF1 is Plaintiff and JOSEPH B. WALSH , KAREN WALSH A/K/A KAREN S. WALSH A/K/A KERRY (KAREN) WALSH, FLORIDA SHORES BANK - SOUTHWEST, SABAL PALM ASSOCIATION, INC., CITY OF PALMETTO, A MUNICIPAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, JANE DOE, UNKNOWN TENANT(S), UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREN WALSH A/K/A KAREN S. WALSH A/K/A KERRY (KAREN) WALSH, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH B. WALSH, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of January, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 7-A, SABAL PALM GARDENS, Phase I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 896, Page 1943, and Corrective Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 916, P 1922, and al subsequent amendments thereto, as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 8, Pages 67 through 69, as amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
