NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 09, 2015, and entered in 2012CA004570 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BELLAVISTA MORTGAGE TRUST 2004-2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE, SERIES 2004-2 is the Plaintiff and RUSSELL B. COMBS; ANN G. COMBS; SUNTRUST BANK, are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 08, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 100 FEET OF THE WEST 200 OF THE EAST 500 FEET OF U.S. GOVERNMENT LOT 7, SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, LESS THE SOUTH 33 FEET THEREOF FOR COUNTY ROAD, BEING AND LYING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
