NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013CA001060AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and CARLOS TRAMONTANA, AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 239, DATED AUGUST 31ST 2012; STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; FAIRWAY GREENS II AT STONEYBROOK, INC.; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOANS ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF TRUST 239, DATED AUGUST 31ST, 2012; CARLOS TRAMONTANA ;UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DORU MURARIU IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A MIHAELA MURARIN IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 154, STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, SUBPHASE A, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 160 THROUGH 179, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
