NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012CA008212AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9 is Plaintiff and JOHN ANTHONY FRAZIER; MARION D. FRAZIER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BAYOU ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; OTIS JOINER ROOFING CONTRACTOR, INC.; are defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 8 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BAYOU ESTATES NORTH, PHASE II-A AND PHASE II-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
