NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA000508, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM X TRUST is Plaintiff and ROLANDO ALFONSO PEREZ A/K/A ROLANDO A. PEREZ; ALEXIS LOPEZ LEIVA A/K/A ALEXIS LEIVA A/K/A ALEXIS L. LEIVA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; are defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 7 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK A, SOL-HAVEN ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
