NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2015-CA-002092 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, in trust for the registered holders of Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-AHL2, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AHL2, is the Plaintiff and Michael W. Vangrimbergen, Stephanie Vangrimbergen, , are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 7th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
