NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2015-CA-000335 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Wayne A. McMurray, Bank of America, NA, Cheryl K. McMurray, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 7th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 220, MANATEE PALMS, UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 33 AND 34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
