NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 08, 2015, and entered in 2015CA004163AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-9, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-9 is the Plaintiff and BRIAN WEISSINGER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIAN WEISSINGER N/K/A MICHELLE WEISSINGER; STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; HOWARD HOWE ; LINDA HOWE are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 07, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
