NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, Case No: 2014-CA-001385, in which VENTURES TRUST 2013-1-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC ITS TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff, and Linda S. Cancela, Richard Marino, The Enclave at Naples Condominium Association, Inc., Wildwood Lakes Condominium Association, Inc. and Unknown Tenants of Possession, are Defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 8-208, ENCLAVE AT NAPLES, a Condominium, according to Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 3731, Page 2534, and subsequent amendments thereto, of Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 1150 Wildwood Lakes Blvd, #208, Naples, FL 34104
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am on the 7th day of January, 2016, at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trl E, Naples, FL 34112.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
