To all persons having claims or demands against the above estate: You are hereby notified that an Order of Ancillary Summary Administration has been entered in the Estate of Donna M. Davis, deceased, File No.: 112015CP0025100001XXX, by the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 413044, Naples, Florida, 34101;that the decedent's date of death was August 25, 2015; that the total value of the estate is real estate of approximately $11,856.00 and that the name and address of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are: Eugene E. Davis, 34719 Joel, Chesterfield, MI 48047 and Douglas J. Davis, 22813 Pleasant, Eastpointe, MI 48021. All interested persons are notified that: All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provisions for full payment was made in the Order for Ancillary Summary Administration must file their claims wit this court within the time periods set forth in Florida Statutes section 733.702, to wit: within the later of 3 months after the date of the first publication of the notice of administration or, as to any creditor required to be served with a copy of this notice, 30 days after the date of service of such copy of the notice on the creditor or be forever barred.
